How do maintenance plans work?

Every plan starts with a free site audit. We then share a written proposal based on your site size, stack and the cover you need — with no published rate cards. If we built the site, the first 30 days of post-launch support are already included.

Can you maintain a site you did not build?

Yes. We work with sites built on React, Next.js, Node.js and common hosting platforms such as AWS and Supabase, and the audit tells us quickly whether a codebase is a good fit. If it needs remedial work first, that is quoted separately and itemised so you can decide.

What happens if my site goes down?

Our monitoring alerts us automatically, usually before you notice. We respond within the guaranteed window in your plan, restore from the most recent daily backup if needed, and follow up with a plain-language summary of what happened and what we changed to prevent a repeat.

Does maintenance include content edits and new pages?

Light content updates can be included depending on the plan. Larger new pages or feature work are quoted separately so maintenance stays predictable and focused on keeping the live site healthy.
