These terms set out the agreement between you and Entrovix AI when you use our website, free tools or engage us for design, development and automation services.
2. Services
We provide website design and development, ecommerce builds, custom web applications, landing pages, UI/UX design, business automation, AI-powered tools and maintenance. The exact scope, deliverables and timeline for each engagement are defined in a written proposal.
3. Payments
Unless agreed otherwise, projects are invoiced 40% on kickoff, 40% at design approval and 20% before launch. Invoices are payable within 7 days. Late payments may pause active work.
4. Refund Policy
You may cancel within 48 hours of kickoff for a full refund of amounts paid. After work has commenced, refunds are calculated on the portion of the scope not yet delivered. Completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.
5. Intellectual Property
On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables produced for your project transfers to you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing frameworks, internal libraries and the SaaS tools offered on this website, and may reference the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
6. Client Responsibilities
You agree to supply content, brand assets, access credentials and timely feedback. Delays in providing these may shift the delivery schedule.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided with reasonable skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in question, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss including lost profits or data.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days' written notice. You remain responsible for work completed up to the termination date, and we will hand over all paid deliverables.
