Fresh Basket
Online Grocery Store
Fresh Basket is an online grocery store designed around repetition: the weekly shop is a routine, not a browse, and the interface's job is to stay out of its way while keeping the delivery promise honest.

The Challenge
The tenth order is the product
Groceries are not shopped for; they are restocked. By the third week the novelty of any storefront has worn off, and what remains is a chore the interface either respects or drags out. A grocer that polishes the first visit has polished the wrong one.
Delivery is where grocery trust is spent. A slot revealed only at checkout, after the basket is full, turns that basket into a hostage. The brief put the promise first: when the food could arrive had to be visible before the shopping began, and stay visible throughout.
The Approach
How we worked
Promise before basket
The delivery-slot pill sits in the header from the first screen, chosen or changed at any point, so checkout confirms a promise instead of revealing one.
The basket never leaves
A persistent basket panel rides alongside the shop — line items, running total, the distance to free delivery — so progress is a glance, not a page.
Weight is the price
Every produce card states its weight beside its price, because a number in rupees means nothing until the shopper knows how much of the thing it buys.
Search for the regulars
Search tuned for people who already know what they want — forgiving of spellings, quickest on the items that have been ordered before.
The Solution
A shop that respects the routine
The storefront opens with search, category chips and the delivery-slot pill in one white-and-green header, and produce cards below that pair weight with price and a single Add pill — the whole loop of finding and adding runs without leaving the page.
The basket panel stays open at the side, listing every line above its total, with a progress bar tracking the distance to free delivery. Nothing about the order is a surprise held for checkout: slot, contents and cost are settled in plain sight before the final step.
Inside the product
What it actually does
Every Screen
One product, whatever it is opened on
The phone layout is not the desktop one squeezed down. Density, hit areas and reading order are decided per screen, and the interface keeps its meaning at both ends.
Capability
What we brought to Fresh Basket
The same services are available on their own — each one links to what it involves, how it runs and what you get.
